Mr. Connell is the Dean of Nursing &amp; Health Professions at State College of Florida and the founder and president of Connell Consulting Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm started in 2017.\u00a0 Mr. Connell is also completing his doctoral degree in leadership from the University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY where he is researching the relationship between leadership skills and the successful management of corporate crisis.
